Episode 13: Full Body Condom

It's been three weeks since our last podcast, but the extra week you've had to wait was vital to enable us to review as much of the Winter Olympics as possible.

And in Episode 13, we really cover a lot of ground as we assess everything from Dutch dominance in speed skating to Nigeria's debut in the skeleton and bobsleigh events. We also shine the spotlight on Lindsay Vonn, Martin Fourcade, Scotty James, plus an end to New Zealand's 26-year wait for a Winter Olympic medal.

So before we say goodbye to the festival of sport on snow and ice for another four years, check out our review of all that we've seen by downloading the latest episode of Chris and Gary Talk Sport. Oh, and we'd love to hear your comments about the 2018 Winter Olympics too, so please drop us a line!

Episode 12: Most Weeks You're Going To Get Spanked

It's not often that a new tournament comes along that involves all of the football playing countries on an entire continent, but the Nations League is about to do just that. It's going to be exciting, different, and most pertinently of all, downright confusing... just as you'd expect it to be.

And ordinarily, this would be the point at which we say 'Luckily Chris & Gary Talk Sport are on hand to explain how it's all going to work'... but to be honest, we can't. During our latest podcast, we tried our best to understand the format, but we only ended up confusing ourselves even more.

So does that mean the Nations League is set to be a complete failure even before it's begun, or are there aspects of this new competition that will give it lasting appeal? Listen in to episode 12 of Chris & Gary Talk Sport to get our take on UEFA's latest offering, and don't forget, we'd like you to send us your comments too... especially if you can explain to us how this tournament's going to work...

Episode 11: Fundamentally Out of Whack

Apologies, fans of football, rugby or tennis. Episode 11 of Chris & Gary Talk Sport brings you a main course of cricket, preceded by a starter of cricket, with a delicious dessert of cricket to finish. Oh, and coffee and cricket to round things off.

Yes, with so much cricket going on at the moment, it's time to assess whether the one-day game and Twenty20 are elbowing the old five-day form out of the limelight. Has the rise in 'bish-bash-bosh' domestic leagues signalled the death knell for cricket the way it used to be, and is there anything that can tempt the future stars of the game to don their whites and literally 'play the long game'?

Once again, we give our views and invite you to give yours too. Drop us a line, leave us a comment and most importantly, listen in to our latest audio offering.
